The D16Y7 of the Civic VI 1.6 107hp (EK1) gets a full build here, from the bottom end up to the cylinder head.
Forged pistons cover bores from 75 to 76.5mm in the SUPERTECH, WISECO and WÖSSNER ranges, with a 19mm gudgeon pin and compression ratios from 8.5 to 11.9:1. MANLEY forged connecting rods in H profile come with ARP 2000 bolts, and the COMETIC MLS head gasket is offered in 75.50mm bore and five compressed thicknesses.
On the head: SUPERTECH stainless steel or Inconel valves in standard, +0.50mm and +1.00mm, valve guides, springs with steel or titanium retainers, 5.5mm stem seals and collets.
