The F20C, the 2.0 16V VTEC of the Honda S2000 AP1, is the best served block in our forged connecting rod range.
Three ZRP kits in 4340 steel are listed for it: the standard F20C kit, available with an H, I-HD or I-Lite beam; a kit with 146.75mm centre to centre length and an H beam; and a kit intended for the 2.4 stroker build based on this block, with an I-HD beam and a 23mm gudgeon pin. Every kit ships with its own bolts, ARP2000 or L19 as you prefer. The page also carries ACL RACE and KING RACING thrust washers, SUPERTECH collets and 5.5mm intake and exhaust valve stem seals.
The F22C1, the 2.2 16V VTEC of the Honda S2000 AP2, takes over the architecture of the AP1 F20C with a longer stroke.
It is served by one kit of ZRP forged connecting rods in 4340 steel, offered with an H beam only, with ARP2000 or L19 bolts as you prefer: neither the short centre to centre variant nor the AP1 stroker kit is listed for this block. The cylinder head hardware, on the other hand, is shared by both engines, with SUPERTECH collets and 5.5mm intake and exhaust valve stem seals, plus ACL RACE and KING RACING thrust washers.
