Subcategories

  • 1.6L 16v - MR16DDT

The MR16DDT is Nissan's 1.6L 16v direct-injection turbo four, also coded M5M as it was co-developed with Renault. This page gathers the internal parts available for that block.

Two references are listed today: a WISECO forged piston kit in 79.7mm, 79.8mm and 80mm bore at a 9.5:1 compression ratio, and a COMETIC MLX reinforced head gasket with an 81.0mm ring, offered in 0.71mm, 1.02mm and 1.37mm thicknesses to match the boost pressure you are targeting.

  • 1.8L 16v - CA18DET

The CA18DET is the 1.8L 16v turbo fitted to the Nissan S13 and 180SX before the SR20DET took over. This page brings together the rotating assembly parts available for the block.

The forged piston kit comes in an 83mm bore, with the brand chosen at the variant stage: WOSSNER at 8:1, JE PISTONS and WISECO at 8.5:1. The ZRP forged connecting rods use an H beam and are offered with ARP2000 or L19 bolts, while the KING RACING tri-metal big end bearings cover the OEM size.

  • 2.0L 16v - FJ20DET

The FJ20DET is the 2.0L 16v turbo four Nissan fitted to the Skyline DR30 RS and to the Silvia S110 and S12. It is a rare block, and this page is deliberately a niche one.

It currently carries a single reference: a JE PISTONS forged piston kit, available in 89mm and 89.5mm bore, at an 8.5:1 compression ratio for boosted builds and 9.5:1 for more road-biased use. Bore and ratio are both chosen at the variant stage.

  • 2.0L 16v - SR20DE/DET

The SR20 is Nissan's 2.0 litre 16v twin-cam four, built as the naturally aspirated SR20DE and the turbocharged SR20DET. This page covers the full rotating assembly and the top-end sealing of the block.

You will find main, big end and thrust bearings in ACL and KING RACING tri-metal, ZRP and BOOSTLINE forged rods with an I beam and ARP2000 or L19 bolts, JE PISTONS and WOSSNER forged pistons in 86mm at 10:1 and 10.7:1, ARP fasteners (head studs, big end bolts, main bolts) and COMETIC MLS and MLX head gaskets.

  • 2.0 24V - RB20DE/DET

The RB20DE and its turbocharged RB20DET version open the RB family, Nissan's 24-valve straight sixes fitted to the Skyline. This page covers the cylinder head, the rotating assembly and the bearings of this 2.0 litre block.

On the head side, four SUPERTECH valves are listed, in Inconel and in black nitrided stainless steel, 27.50mm and 31.10mm across, with 5.94mm and 5.97mm stems and two lengths depending on hydraulic or solid lifters. Add the SUPERTECH forged pistons in 78.5mm and 79mm at 8.5:1, and the KING RACING tri-metal big end and main bearings in OEM size.

  • 2.4L 16v - KA24DE

The KA24DE is Nissan's naturally aspirated 2.4L 16-valve four. This page covers its rotating assembly only, and the range is deliberately narrow: two references.

MANLEY forged connecting rods come in I-Beam Heavy Duty and H-Beam profiles, supplied with ARP2000 rod bolts. The forged pistons are offered in 89mm bore, as JE PISTONS FSR at 10:1 and 11.5:1 compression ratio and as SUPERTECH at 10.5:1.

Enough to rebuild a bottom end that will take boost or sustained high revs.

  • 2.5L 16v - QR25DE

The QR25DE is Nissan's modern naturally aspirated 2.5L 16-valve four. This page is deliberately a single-product page: it currently carries one active reference, and we would rather say so plainly.

That reference is the WISECO forged piston set, offered in 89mm and 89.5mm bore, all at 10.5:1 compression ratio, in Wiseco and Wiseco AP execution. Bore is chosen at variant level, to match the oversize your machine shop has settled on.

No other part family is available for this block today.

  • 2.5L 24v - RB25DET

The RB25DET is Nissan's turbocharged 2.5L 24-valve straight six. This page covers both halves of the engine.

Cylinder head: SUPERTECH Inconel exhaust valves at 30.65 x 5.94mm and black nitrided stainless inlet valves at 35.15 x 5.97mm in +1mm oversize, in standard and extended length, single springs and a full spring kit, 6mm collets, 6mm inlet valve stem seals and ARP head studs.

Bottom end: KING RACING tri-metal big end and main bearings in standard size, ZRP forged rods on a 21mm gudgeon pin and MANLEY on 22mm, 86 and 86.25mm pistons from 8:1 to 8.5:1 by WOSSNER and JE PISTONS, plus ARP2000 main studs.

  • 2.6L 24v - RB26DETT

The RB26DETT is the 2.6L 24-valve twin-turbo straight six, the reference block of Nissan tuning. It shares neither its head dimensions nor its main bearings with the RB25DET.

Head side: SUPERTECH Inconel exhaust valves at 30.15 and 31.15mm head diameter on a 6.94mm stem, not 5.94, black nitrided stainless inlet valves at 34.65 and 35.65 x 5.97mm, 6mm collets and ARP2000 head studs.

Bottom end: KING RACING tri-metal bearings in standard size, ZRP forged rods on 21mm and MANLEY on 22mm, ARP2000 rod bolts and main studs, 86mm pistons from 7.8:1 to 8.3:1 by WOSSNER, JE PISTONS and WISECO.

  • 3.0L 12v - RB30 with RB25DET cylinder head

The RB30 with an RB25DET cylinder head is not a factory engine but a well-known build: the tall 3.0L 12-valve block takes the 24-valve RB25 head, gaining stroke without losing breathing.

Two active references here, and we would rather say so than pad the page. The WOSSNER forged pistons cover 86, 86.5 and 87mm bore at 7:1 and 7.1:1 compression ratio, sized for boost. The MANLEY forged connecting rods come as H-Beam and I-Beam Heavy Duty, with ARP2000 or ARP8740 bolts, listed for the RB30 of the Skyline R31.

  • 3.0L 24v - VG30DETT

The VG30DETT is Nissan's 3.0L 24-valve twin-turbo V6. This page gathers the four active references that cover the bottom end.

KING RACING tri-metal big end bearings, part CR6676XP, come in two builds at standard size: one for the VG30i 3.0 SOHC 12v, the other for the VG30DETT DOHC 24v twin-turbo. ACL tri-metal main bearings 4M2737H-STD, also standard size, cover the VG30i, E, DE, DET and DETT family. Forged pistons are picked at option level, JE PISTONS or WISECO, in nominal bore or oversize.

A deliberately tight range: four references, one per function of the block.

  • 3.0L 24v - VR30DDTT

    The VR30DDTT is Nissan's recent 3.0L 24-valve twin-turbo V6 with direct petrol injection.

The page currently holds two active references only, and they were picked to work together. The JE PISTONS forged pistons are the single execution offered for this block. The MANLEY forged rods are specified for a build running forged pistons, which makes them the direct companion of the former.

Two references, so a coherent rotating assembly rather than a padded catalogue. No bearings, gaskets or fasteners are listed for this engine today.

  • 3.3L 12v - VG33E

The VG33E is Nissan's 3.3L 12-valve naturally aspirated V6, part of the single-overhead-camshaft VG family.

This is a niche page and we would rather say so: it carries one single active reference today, a WOSSNER forged piston set. Forging brings the mechanical strength a cast production piston lacks as soon as compression or load goes up.

No bearings, no rods and no valves are listed for the VG33E at this time. Get in touch with your engine details if you are after another part for this block.

  • 3.5L 24v - VQ35DE

The VQ35DE is Nissan's 3.5L 24-valve naturally aspirated V6. Seven active references here cover the full rotating assembly and the cylinder head.

The KING RACING bearing line is complete at standard size: big end bearings CR6775XP, main bearings MB4058XP and thrust washers TW271AM. BOOSTLINE forged rods take the compression load, while the forged pistons come as a grouped listing where brand and bore are chosen at option level. On the head side, FERREA reinforced valves are stocked for both intake and exhaust.

Enough to rebuild the bottom end and the head from one supplier.

  • 3.5L 24v - VQ35HR

The VQ35HR is the second execution of Nissan's 3.5L 24-valve V6, reworked to rev higher than the VQ35DE.

Three active references sit here. The JE PISTONS forged pistons belong to this page alone and come in six executions, parts JE-321257 through JE-321262. The FERREA reinforced valves, intake and exhaust, are the very same items listed on the VQ35DE page: they are specified for the VQ35 and therefore cover both executions.

That is the real difference between the two pages: the VQ35DE carries the bearing line and the rods, the VQ35HR sticks to pistons and valves.

  • 3.7L 24v - VQ37VHR

The VQ37VHR is Nissan's 3.7L 24v V6 with variable valve timing and lift. This page covers its reciprocating assembly, and two references only: the range is deliberately tight.

The forged pistons come as a single grouped listing, the brand being a variant choice between JE PISTONS, WOSSNER and WISECO. The BOOSTLINE forged connecting rods are designed to be paired with those pistons.

Forged rather than cast, both take sustained high revs and raised output without distortion.

  • 3.8L 24v - VR38DETT

The VR38DETT is the 3.8L 24v twin-turbo V6, four camshafts, and this page gathers ten active references on the parts that carry boost pressure.

SUPERTECH valves: INCONEL exhaust in 31.70mm (-0.5) and 33.15mm (+1), 5.95mm stem, 92mm long; black nitrided stainless intake in 38.15mm (+1), 5.97mm stem, 95mm long.

KING RACING tri-metal XP main and big end bearings in OEM size, one of them an XPC set with pMaxKote coating.

DIAMOND forged pistons and forged rods from MANLEY or BOOSTLINE, including a 25.15mm gudgeon pin version.

  • 4.8L 24v - TB48DE

The TB48DE is the 4.8L 24v straight-six petrol engine fitted to the Nissan Patrol Y61. Long-stroke, cast-iron block, it is the classic base for off-road and forced-induction builds, where standard internals become the limit.

This page carries two active references, and only two: JE PISTONS forged pistons under part number JE-327837, and MANLEY forged connecting rods designed to run with forged pistons.

A tight range, but a coherent one: pistons and rods are the pair to replace first when boost or torque goes up.

  • 5.6L 32v - VK56DE

The VK56DE is the 5.6L 32v petrol V8, four valves per cylinder and an aluminium block. Within the family it is the execution without the variable timing and lift of the VK56VD, which has its own page.

This is a niche page and we say so plainly: one single active reference, a set of JE PISTONS forged pistons. No bearings, no valves, no gaskets are held for this engine code today.

Forged pistons remain the first item to change on a large-capacity V8 pushed beyond standard output, which is why this reference stands alone.

  • 5.6L 32v - VK56VD

The VK56VD shares its 5.6L 32v V8 architecture with the VK56DE, but differs on one real point: it is the execution fitted with variable valve timing and variable valve lift. Same displacement, same four valves per cylinder, a different cylinder head strategy, and therefore a distinct engine code that must not be confused with the other.

Stock here is deliberately narrow: one active reference, a set of JE PISTONS forged pistons. Nothing else is held for this code, and we prefer to state it rather than pad the page.

  • 300ZX

    The Nissan 300ZX Z32 (1989-2000) runs the 24-valve VG30 V6, naturally aspirated as the VG30DE and twin-turbocharged as the VG30DETT.

This page gathers the 5 active references held for the chassis: SUPERTECH valves listed for the 300ZX 90-96, Inconel exhaust valve 30x5.97x103.70mm and black nitrided stainless intake valve 34.50x5.97x103.15mm; KING RACING tri-metal big end bearings at standard size, in VG30i 12V and VG30DETT 24V twin-turbo form; ACL tri-metal main bearings at standard size covering the VG30 range.

Part of this stock is shared with the VG30DETT engine code page.

  • 350Z

The Nissan 350Z Z33 (2002-2009) introduced the 3.5-litre 24-valve VQ35DE V6. With 29 active references it is the best stocked vehicle page of the NISSAN range.

Bottom end: forged pistons for the 3.5 24v, BOOSTLINE forged connecting rods, ACL Race Series and KING RACING big end and main bearings, KING RACING thrust washers. Cylinder head: COMETIC head gaskets in 96, 98 and 100mm bores, ARP head studs and con rod bolts, SUPERTECH Inconel and black nitrided valves, a FERREA 6000 Series exhaust valve, DLC coated SUPERTECH cam followers and single valve springs. Chassis: VIBRA-TECHNICS Sport and Competition engine mounts from 09/2002.

  • 370Z

The Nissan 370Z Z34 (from 2009) followed the 350Z with the variable timing VQ37VHR V6.

This page currently holds three active references only, all of them uprated VIBRA-TECHNICS mounts listed for the 370Z, all models from 01/2009: the Sport engine mount, the Competition engine mount and the gearbox mount. No internal parts, no pistons, connecting rods, bearings or valves are catalogued for this chassis, and we would rather say so plainly.

The Sport mount keeps some road compliance, while the Competition version removes unwanted powertrain movement.

  • R32

The Nissan Skyline R32 (1989-1994) opened the modern RB family: RB20DET in the GTS-T, RB26DETT in the GT-R.

The 31 active references cover the straight sixes: SUPERTECH Inconel and black nitrided valves in RB20DET hydraulic and solid lifter form, RB25DET and RB26DET; KING RACING tri-metal and ACL Race Series big end and main bearings at standard size; ARP2000 head studs and con rod bolts for the RB26DETT; VIBRA-TECHNICS Sport and Competition gearbox mounts listed for the R32 GTS-T 1989-1993.

23 of these 31 references are shared with the R34 page. Specific to the R32: the RB20DET parts and the GTS-T gearbox mounts.

  • R34

The Nissan Skyline R34 (1998-2003) closed the line: RB25DET in the GT-T, RB26DETT in the GT-R. The RB20 had left the range.

The 32 active references centre on the RB25DET: SUPERTECH intake and exhaust valves, including a +1mm oversize at 30.65 and 35.15mm, valve spring kits, 6mm valve stem seals and 6mm 6-degree collets. Alongside them sit KING RACING and ACL Race Series tri-metal bearings, ARP head studs for the RB25DE/RB25DET and ARP2000 main studs, plus VIBRA-TECHNICS Sport and Competition engine and gearbox mounts listed for the R34 GT-T 1998-2003.

23 references are shared with the R32 page.

  • R35 GT-R

The Nissan GT-R R35, launched in 2007, is the first GT-R to leave the Skyline line: its own chassis, a 3.8 twin-turbo VR38DETT V6 and four-wheel drive. This page gathers the eight references we hold for that generation.

You will find SUPERTECH valves, INCONEL exhaust in 31.70mm (-0.5) and 33.15mm (+1) and black nitrided stainless intake in 38.15mm (+1), KING RACING tri-metal bearings in standard size for mains and big ends, and MANLEY and BOOSTLINE forged rods, one of them with a 25.15mm gudgeon pin.

These are the same references as the 3.8L 24v VR38DETT engine code page, seen from the vehicle entry.

  • S13

The Nissan 200SX S13, built from 1988 to 1993 and known in Japan as the Silvia and 180SX, opened the line of rear-wheel-drive turbocharged four-cylinder coupes. It first came with the 1.8 turbo CA18DET, later replaced by the 2.0 turbo SR20DET: this page covers both engines.

Six references are held here: KING RACING tri-metal big end bearings in standard size for the CA18DET, ACL tri-metal main bearings in standard size for the SR20DET, and four uprated VIBRA-TECHNICS mounts dated 07/1988-11/1993, two engine mounts and two 5-speed gearbox mounts, each in Sport and Competition.

  • NISSAN 200SX S14 200CV SR20DET

The Nissan 200SX S14, built from October 1993 to December 1999, follows the S13 on a wider chassis. In Europe it came with the SR20DET alone, a 2.0 turbocharged four rated at 200hp.

Nineteen active references: ACL and KING RACING main, big end and thrust bearings, ARP hardware (rod bolts, main bolts, cylinder head studs), COMETIC MLS and MLX head gaskets, ZRP and BOOSTLINE forged rods, and four VIBRA-TECHNICS mounts dated 10/1993-12/1999, engine and 5-speed gearbox, Sport and Competition.

Fifteen of them are shared with the Silvia S15 and fourteen with the SR20DE/DET engine code page: only the mounts are specific to the S14 chassis.

  • NISSAN SILVIA S15 225/250CV SR20DET

The Nissan Silvia S15, built from September 1999 to December 2003, closes the Silvia line. Its 2.0 turbocharged SR20DET is rated here at 225 to 250hp, against 200hp on the S14 it replaces.

Nineteen active references: ACL and KING RACING main, big end and thrust bearings, ARP hardware, COMETIC MLS and MLX head gaskets, ZRP and BOOSTLINE forged rods, and four VIBRA-TECHNICS mounts dated 09/1999-12/2003, engine and 5-speed gearbox, Sport and Competition.

The engine being shared, fifteen of these references also appear on the 200SX S14 page: the difference lies in the four mounts, cut for the S15 chassis.
