How can I track my package?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your package tracking number. You can also find this tracking number in your customer account at: www.nsbconcept.com/authentification

Which countries do you deliver to?

NSB Concept works with two main carriers to offer the best rates and shipping times.

Shipments are made by La Poste using Colissimo tracked delivery (outside mainland France), delivery with signature, or GLS (mainland France only), depending on the option selected when placing the order. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

We ship worldwide: France (including overseas territories), Italy, Spain, Japan, Switzerland, England, the Netherlands, etc.

What are the shipping times?

Orders for products available in stock placed before 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and for which payment has been successfully made by credit card are shipped the same day, picked up at our shipping site by the carrier.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of products that are not in stock when the order is placed, or for delays due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or the absence of a valid telephone number.


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with packages containing fragile items.

To calculate the exact shipping costs for your order, simply add the desired products to your cart. You will receive an accurate estimate of the shipping costs.
