Forged pistons for the Lotus 1.6L 8v Twin Cam engine, listed here as a complete four-piston kit.
The set we stock is built by JE Pistons (reference JE-339325C*4): 84mm bore, 11.4:1 compression ratio.
Forged pistons are the starting point of any serious Twin Cam build. They carry the thermal and mechanical load that a cast piston cannot, whether the car sees fast road use or full track sessions.

Performance parts for the Rover K-Series 18K4F 1.8 16v engine, fitted to the Lotus Elise S1 as well as Rover and MG K-block cars.
The bottom end is covered by Wossner forged pistons (80mm bore, 12:1 compression ratio) and ZRP I-beam forged connecting rods with ARP2000 bolts. Sealing relies on the 84mm Cometic reinforced head gasket and the Guarnitauto upper engine gasket set.
Round the build off with adjustable aluminium Kent Cams cam pulleys and Vibra-Technics uprated engine mounts, Sport or Competition.
The Toyota 2ZZ-GE 1.8 16v powers the Lotus Elise S2 111R and Exige, as well as the Toyota Celica and Corolla T-Sport.
For the bottom end we stock JE Pistons forged sets in 82mm and 12.5:1, alongside Wiseco kits at 8.8:1 for boosted builds and 11.9:1 for naturally aspirated ones. Main and big end bearings come from ACL Race Series in tri-metal.
