Terms and Conditions of Sale

1/ General Information

The terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the relationship between users and customers of the NSB Concept website. These general terms and conditions of sale are the only applicable ones and replace all other conditions, unless prior, express and written exemption. These modifications are enforceable from the moment they are posted online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the site is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. Placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2/ Prices - Products

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT at the current rate) excluding delivery costs.

The products offered are reserved exclusively for competition use, in no case for use on public roads.

3/ Delivery

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by NSB Concept constitutes proof of all transactions between NSB Concept and its customers. Deliveries are made to all countries and states except restrictions on the type of product or restriction of the selected carrier to the chosen destination. Our shipments are made by La Poste, Chronopost or GLS with a specific delivery time indicated on the site in the "Order Summary" page. This deadline is provided for information purposes only. Any possible overrun cannot give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the buyer. On the shipping date, NSB Concept SARL undertakes to communicate by email to the buyer the tracking number of the shipments related to their order. Once the package is taken over by the carrier, NSB Concept SARL declines all responsibility regarding compliance with the carrier's delivery time.

Any return of shipment by the carrier, whatever the reason, will automatically result in a credit note for your order of the products and which you will receive by email in the form of a coded discount voucher usable during your next order by entering it in the "Discount voucher" field on the "Order Summary" page valid for 1 year for the amount of the product(s) at the date of purchase. This coded discount voucher will be generated within 14 days.

The buyer acts as the recipient of the shipments and must check the quantitative and qualitative content of the shipments in order to note in writing to the delivery person any irregularities.

Any signature of the carrier's delivery note constitutes acceptance of the contents of the package qualitatively and quantitatively as per the NSB Concept delivery note.

Delivery to Corsica and French overseas territories is only available through our carrier La Poste.

Exhaust line shipments are only made through our carrier GLS.

4/ Payment

Payment will only be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

Payment for your order in 3 or 4 installments by credit card from €100 purchases up to €3000 with Oney Bank Our partner Oney Bank offers you a financing solution called 3x 4x Oney, which allows you to pay for your purchases from €100 to €3000 in 3 or 4 installments with your credit card.

Conditions: This offer is reserved for individuals (adult natural persons) residing in France and holders of a Visa and MasterCard credit card with an expiration date beyond the duration of the chosen financing. Cards with systematic authorization, particularly Electron, Maestro, Nickel type, etc., as well as e-cards, Indigo cards and American Express are not accepted.

Subscription procedures: After completing your order, simply click on the "payment in 3x 4x Oney by credit card" button. You are then redirected to the 3x 4x Oney internet page of our partner displaying the detailed summary of your order and the personalized financing request, which you must then validate.

You enter your personal information or, if you have a 3x 4x Oney account, you identify yourself using the login credentials linked to your 3x 4x Oney account. You take note of the general conditions of payment in several installments to which you wish to subscribe which are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read, print and save them before accepting them. You then notify your electronic acceptance by the corresponding check box.

You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with the check box on the acknowledgment of the general conditions constitutes consent to contract and constitutes an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of the product. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Oney Bank constitutes proof of all transactions between you and Oney Bank. If you request to benefit from a financing solution offered by Oney Bank, the information relating to your order will be transmitted to Oney Bank, which will use it for the purpose of studying your request for the granting, management and recovery of credit. Oney Bank reserves the right to accept or refuse your financing request in 3x 4x Oney. You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to renounce your credit.

How it works: Payment in 3 or 4 installments by credit card allows you to pay for the order placed on our merchant site as follows:

a mandatory deposit, debited on the day of confirmation of your order corresponding to one third or one quarter of the order, to which are added fees corresponding to 1.45% of the total amount of the order for 3 installments and 2.2% for 4 installments (within the limit of €15 maximum for payment in 3 installments and €30 maximum for 4 installments); two or three monthly payments, each corresponding to one third or one quarter of the order, debited at 30 and 60 days after for 3 installments and at 30, 60 and 90 days after for 4 installments.

Payment in 3 installments from €100 purchase up to €3000. Example: For a purchase of €150, deposit of €52.18 then 2 monthly payments of €50. Credit for a duration of 2 months at a fixed APR of 19.26%. Financing cost: €2.18 within the limit of €15 maximum.

Payment in 4 installments from €100 purchase up to €3000. Example: For a purchase of €400, deposit of €108.80 then 3 monthly payments of €100. Credit over 3 months at a fixed APR of 19.31%. Financing cost: €8.80 within the limit of €30 maximum.

5/ Withdrawal - Exchange

The photos presented on the site are not contractual. Any product that would be specifically ordered from our supplier to meet your order cannot be subject to return, exchange or refund. You can submit a cancellation request to customer service by phone at 01 69 28 56 12, by email at serviceclient@nsbconcept.com or by form at https://www.nsbconcept.com/contact. If the product is cancellable with the supplier, your cancellation request will be accepted. If it is no longer cancellable with the supplier, your cancellation request will be refused and your order will continue processing. For other products, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to make your return. Articles returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be taken back and it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for their removal, failing which they will lose ownership after 6 months from the date of receipt. If the return meets the conditions detailed above, a credit note will be issued and will be presented in the form of a discount voucher valid for 1 year transmitted by email and usable by manual entry in the "Discount voucher" field on the "Order Summary" page for the same amount as invoiced for the item.

6/ Law - Legal

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
