The BMW Z4 28i E89 is the most powerful version of the N20B20 four-cylinder fitted to the roadster, 245hp from 2011 to 2016. Its bottom end is the one used by the Z4 18i and 20i, so the two references on this page cover all three power outputs: the bearing listing names the Z4 18i, 20i and 28i E89 among its applications.
What the 245hp version changes is the load carried by the con rod bolts. The ZRP forged connecting rods in 4340 steel are supplied with their ARP 2000 bolts, and the tri-metal big end bearings come in ACL RACE without coating and in KING RACING with the pMaxKote treatment.
