The 200hp H22A8 of the Prelude V 16V (BB6, BB8) is served here from the cylinder head down. Valve stem seals come as two sets of 8, one for the intake side, one for the exhaust side, both for a 5.5mm stem diameter. A full head therefore needs both sets, and the stem diameter should be checked on the fitted valves before ordering.
