On the Prelude V VTi-R (BB6) and its 193hp H22A4, the con rod bolt is the part that limits engine speed before the rod itself does. The MANLEY and ZRP kits offered here therefore come with their bolts, either ARP 2000 or L19, the L19 being reserved for the hardest builds.
