VW Scirocco 1
The first-generation Scirocco is represented here by a single block, the 110bhp 1.6-litre 8-valve EG built from 1976 to 1982, which has its own sub-page. Three lines are attached to it, all of them live. The forged pistons are Wössner. The uprated head gasket is the Golf 1 GTI item, shared with the Scirocco since both cars received the same engine. The ARP big end bolts cover the EG as well as the 1.8-litre 8-valve G60 PG. Neither forged rod, race bearing nor valve is available for this engine.
