The naturally aspirated 1.4-litre 16-valve unit, engine codes AFH, AFK and AHW, powers the VW Polo 6N and the SEAT Ibiza 6K. NSB Concept lists four live families for it: ZRP forged connecting rods, JE Pistons forged pistons, Catcams performance camshafts with their matching vernier timing pulleys, and a set of mechanical cam followers. The page is therefore aimed at the top end and the rotating assembly; it carries no uprated head gasket, no race bearings and no cylinder head studs. Lines held in France leave the same working day up to 5pm.
