HONDA Integra 1.6 (DA5) 120hp ZC

The DA5 carries the ZC engine in its 120hp form, a step above the DA7. Three bearing references are available for it: tri-metal big end bearings, tri-metal main bearings and thrust washers, in the ACL Race and King Racing ranges. The thrust washers take the axial play of the crankshaft, a point often overlooked during a rebuild and yet decisive once an uprated clutch is fitted. Check the running clearance with plastigage before ordering: the undersize is chosen after machining, never before.
