The N55B30 of the BMW 335i F30 moves up to 326hp from 2011 to 2013, and it is its cylinder head that is detailed here.
Intake valves come in FERREA stainless steel with three grooves and in SUPERTECH stainless steel with one groove; on the exhaust side, the FERREA stays stainless and the SUPERTECH is sodium filled Inconel. Uprated springs come from SUPERTECH and FERREA, collets in 6mm with one or three grooves and in 5mm with one groove. The COMETIC MLX 85.0mm head gasket exists in four thicknesses, from 0.81 to 1.52mm, with an ATHENA O-ring alternative in 86.0mm and 1.50mm, and the valve stem seals close the set.
