The twin-turbo 3.0 24V N54B30 of the BMW 335i E90 and E92 is rated 306hp, from 2006 to 2010.
Forged pistons are the deepest family here, with twenty-two options. Three bores are covered, 84, 84.5 and 85mm, with a 22mm gudgeon pin and compression ratios from 9:1 to 10.5:1; the 85mm bore exists only with JE FSR and WISECO. Eight ranges share the grid: MANLEY and MANLEY HD, WÖSSNER, DIAMOND and DIAMOND HD, JE FSR, JE Ultra Series and WISECO. Then come ZRP, MANLEY and BOOSTLINE forged connecting rods, tri-metal bearings, SUPERTECH and FERREA valves, CATCAMS camshafts and the head gasket.
