Technical specification 
SUPERTECH valves are made from a forging which is then CNC machined for the best possible precision. They are then heat treated, the treatment varying with the intended use of the valve, and ground again in a super-finishing process. SUPERTECH valves are inspected by several means: ultrasound, X-ray, laser measurement and more.
For over three decades SUPERTECH has worked to find the material best suited to each valve and each application in order to improve reliability. Valves are therefore offered in several materials: stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium, the latter being held inside the valve stem to carry heat away more effectively.
Technical specification 
FERREA Racing Components use manufacturing processes close to those of SUPERTECH: slow two-stage forging, heat treatment and 48-hour stress relieving, then CNC machining. These valves are designed for better reliability in all conditions and also for better flow, with a thinner stem where it meets the valve head (Superflow Valve). FERREA develops several ranges and materials of valve to match as closely as possible the demands of each engine and each application: naturally aspirated, turbo, nitrous and so on.
