    SUPERTECH valves are made from a forging, which is then CNC machined for optimal precision. They next receive a heat treatment, which varies with the application of the valve, and are ground again (super-finishing process). SUPERTECH valves are inspected by several means, such as ultrasound, X-ray and laser measurement.

    For more than three decades SUPERTECH has worked to find the most suitable material for each valve and each application, in order to increase reliability. Valves are therefore offered in different materials, such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium (the latter sits inside the valve stem and gives better heat dissipation).
