SUPERTECH valves are manufactured from a forged blank, which is then CNC machined for optimal precision. They then undergo heat treatment (which varies depending on the valve's application) and are ground again (super-finishing process). SUPERTECH valves are inspected by various means such as ultrasound, X-ray and laser measurement...
For more than three decades, SUPERTECH has strived to find the most suitable materials for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. There are therefore different valve materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium (the latter is present in the valve stem and allows better heat dissipation).
