Every uprated engine part we stock for the CITROEN ZX 1.9 8V 120hp, engine code XU9JA, built from 1991 to 1997.
The rotating assembly is covered by JE and Wössner forged pistons in 83 to 84mm bore, with a 20mm gudgeon pin and an 11.5:1 to 12.8:1 compression ratio, by ACL RACE and KING RACING tri-metal big end bearings in standard size and 0.25mm oversize, and by ARP 8740 con rod bolts.
For the valve train: a CATCAMS Sport camshaft, a set of 8 CATCAMS dual valve springs with retainers, and CATCAMS and KENT CAMS vernier cam pulleys.

On the cylinder head, SUPERTECH stainless steel intake valves and Inconel exhaust valves, all with 3 keeper grooves, a set of 16 CATCAMS single valve springs with retainers, CATCAMS cam followers, CATCAMS Sport camshafts, CATCAMS and KENT CAMS vernier cam pulleys, and the ATHENA and COMETIC MLS head gasket in 84.0mm bore.
On the bottom end, Wiseco forged pistons with a 23mm gudgeon pin in 86 to 87mm bore, ZRP H-beam rods, ACL RACE and KING RACING bearings and ARP con rod bolts.
The uprated engine parts for the CITROEN ZX 2.0 16V 163hp, engine code XU10J4RS, the last evolution of the block, built in 1996 and 1997.
This is the only page of the ZX range to offer ZRP I-beam forged rods in two builds, 20mm and 22mm gudgeon pin, with ARP2000 or ARP L19 bolts. The Wiseco and Wössner forged pistons take the 22mm pin, in 86 to 87mm bore and 8:1 to 8.5:1 compression ratio.
The cylinder head is served by SUPERTECH and CATCAMS stainless steel valves with a single keeper groove, CATCAMS springs and cam followers, CATCAMS Sport camshafts and the 86.5mm COMETIC MLS head gasket.
