The SUPERTECH and CATCAMS reinforced exhaust valve kits for the XU10J4RS engine are made up of 8 valves.
Technical specification 
Supertech valves are manufactured from a forged part which is then CNC machined for optimal precision. They then receive a heat treatment (which varies depending on the valve's application) and are ground again (super-finishing process). Supertech valves are checked by several means such as ultrasound, X-rays and laser measurement.
For more than three decades, Supertech has worked to find the most suitable materials for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. There are therefore different valve materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium (the latter is present in the valve stem and allows better heat dissipation).
Technical specification
