    SUPERTECH valves are made from a forged blank which is then CNC machined for optimal precision. They then receive a heat treatment (which varies with the application of the valve) and are ground again (super-finishing process). SUPERTECH valves are inspected by several means such as ultrasound, X-rays and laser measurement.

    For more than three decades, SUPERTECH has worked to find the most suitable materials for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. There are therefore several valve materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium (the latter sits inside the valve stem and allows better heat dissipation).
