Set of 12 reinforced inlet valves for TOYOTA 4A-GE 20V.
The 4A-GE 20-valve is Toyota's 1,587 cc four-cylinder with twin overhead camshafts and five valves per cylinder. From 1987 to 2001 it powered the Corolla E9, E10 and E11, the Corolla Levin, the Sprinter and the Carina VII, with 139 to 165 hp.
Each cylinder has three inlet valves, 12 per engine, which FERREA offers at the original size with its F6332. A sharper camshaft, higher revs or firmer springs load them far beyond standard use.
An inlet valve lets fresh air in, drops back onto its seat on every cycle and slides in its guide. It runs between 400 and 550 °C; at these temperatures a common chrome-silicon steel falls from 500 MPa at 500 °C to 250 MPa at 600 °C, 50 % less strength.
The F6332 belongs to the 6000 Series, FERREA's competition range, with a 26.5 mm head, a thin 4.98 mm stem and a length of 98.42 mm, at the original size.

The number of grooves on the valve and on the collets must match: these valves are fitted with K10106 collets for a 5 mm stem.
The 12 valves of the set are identical: one per inlet position, three per cylinder.
