Two references are listed for this 1.5 litre sixteen valve block, and one of them is worth reading closely. The forged ZRP connecting rod set is specified for the 5E-FE as well as the 5E-FTE: the naturally aspirated engine and the boosted one share the same rod, so a builder starting from an atmospheric block buys exactly the same part. The forged piston set comes in two real specifications, Wössner at 74mm bore with 7.5:1 and Wiseco at 75mm bore with 9.3:1. Nothing else is stocked here. There is no bearing set, no head gasket and no stud kit on this page, whatever the older French text used to promise.
