1.6L 8v - TU5J2 TU5JP

The TU5J2 and TU5JP 1.6 8v are the largest of the 8-valve TU blocks. This page is given over to the rotating assembly. Two forged piston sets are listed: one from JE PISTONS with a 19.50mm gudgeon pin, the other with an 18mm pin, covering both builds found on this engine. On the bearing side, ACL tri-metal big end bearings, ACL side main bearings including a set specific to the TU5JP and TU5JP4, and tri-metal crankshaft bearings cover every journal.
