The reinforced exhaust valve kits SUPERTECH and CATCAMS for the F4R engine (Clio RS) consist of 8 valves.
Technical specification 
SUPERTECH valves start life as a forged blank which is then CNC machined for optimal precision. They are heat treated, the process varying with the intended application, then reground in a super-finishing operation. Each valve is checked by ultrasound, X-ray and laser measurement.
For over three decades SUPERTECH has worked to find the most suitable material for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. Hence the different valve materials: stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium, the latter sitting inside the stem to improve heat dissipation.
Technical specification 
CATCAMS has been recognised worldwide for years for its camshafts and related parts such as valve springs, cam followers and vernier cam pulleys, thanks to its know-how and its detailed study of engines and applications. Each cam profile and each spring rate is developed to suit the specific engine and the intended use, whether road, sport, rally, run or circuit.
