The 1987-1988 AX Sport and its 1.3 8V TU24 are covered here from the valvetrain to the bottom end. You will find the CATCAMS Sport camshaft in eight lift and duration references, and the kit of eight uprated valve springs with their CATCAMS retainers, which follows the new cam profile without valve float. For the rotating assembly, Wössner forged pistons come in three bores, 75 / 75.5 / 76mm, with an 18mm gudgeon pin and rings included. The rebuild is finished by ACL RACE and KING RACING tri-metal big end bearings, in standard and oversize, and by ACL RACE thrust washers.
