    The Dart crankshaft is machined from solid 4340 billet steel, offering superior structural strength compared to cast or standard forged crankshafts. Full nitriding treatment increases surface hardness and fatigue resistance. Compatible with ACL Race Series or King Racing XP engine bearings.

    Boostline connecting rods use patented 3-pocket design combining H-beam advantages (light weight) and I-beam (strength). Each rod is individually inspected on aerospace-grade CMM equipment and delivered with inspection report detailing critical dimensions to 0.0001 inch accuracy.

    The Dart 9-2JZ86-SRK kit is compatible with ALL 2JZ-GTE turbo versions, as the short block is mechanically identical between Non-VVTi and VVTi variants.

    IMPORTANT: Kit designed for 2JZ-GTE turbo ONLY. NOT compatible with 2JZ-GE naturally aspirated (different rods, pistons and compression ratio).


    Installation & Required Components

    Engine bearings:

    • Recommended: ACL Race Series 4B1957H-STD or King Racing XP MB5403XP-STD
    • Clearance: 0.0015"-0.0025" (0.038-0.064mm)

    Head studs:

    • Mandatory >600 HP: ARP 2000 (203-4304) or ARP L19 (203-4307)
    • Torque: 95-105 Nm with ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant

    Head gasket:

    • Cometic MLS 1.3mm (C4168-051) or HKS Metal 1.2mm (2301-RT033)
    • Thickness according to head preparation and target compression ratio

    Oil pump:

    • Mandatory >800 HP: HKS 2.5L/rev, Boundary Engineering, or Titan Motorsports high-pressure
    • Baffled oil pan recommended: Accusump or RB Motorsport

    Engine break-in (CRITICAL):

    • 0-500 km: Max RPM 5000, max boost 0.5 bar, no sustained load
    • 500-1000 km: Progressive RPM and boost increase
    • Break-in oil changes: 500 km + 1000 km mandatory
    • Break-in oil: 10W40 mineral (avoid synthetic before 1000 km)
    • After break-in: Synthetic oil 10W50 or 10W60 (Motul 300V, Redline, Brad Penn)

    Street Performance (500-700 HP / 1.0-1.5 bar):
