This page covers the Porsche 930 3.2L 12-valve, the last naturally aspirated air-cooled flat-six of the type, with three active references. Forged JE pistons (ref. JE-274644), 95mm bore and 11.5:1 compression ratio, the highest of the older flat-six engines, reinforce the mechanical base for tuned builds. Reinforced ARP cylinder head studs (ref. ARP-204-4206), also fitted across the 911 2.0 to 3.6 range including 930 and 964, complete the assembly. The ACL Race Series trimetal connecting rod bearings (ref. 6B2463H), shared with the 3.3-litre Turbo and the 3.6-litre M64, equip the rotating assembly. Distinct from the 3.0L 930 and 930 Turbo pages: here the bore is 95mm and the compression ratio the highest of these atmospheric flat-six engines.
