    ZRP, in collaboration with Wiseco USA, has developed a unique series of forged pistons specifically designed for Audi 2.5L TFSI (EA855) engines equipping TT-RS and RS3. These pistons share many advanced features with the Wiseco HD1400 series intended for extreme high-power builds.

    Coating Technologies

    Armor Plating Coating (Crown and Pin Bore)

    Armor Plating coating gives pistons a characteristic bronze tint on crown and pin bore. This abrasion-resistant plating offers multiple critical benefits for turbo and methanol/nitrous high-power builds.

    ArmorGlide Anti-Friction Skirt Coating (Skirt)

    ArmorGlide coating applied to skirts is composed of solid Molybdenum (Molly) lubricant permanently bonded to aluminum. This treatment guarantees optimal lubrication from first start-up throughout engine life.
