Set of 8 reinforced exhaust valves for the Nissan Pulsar GTI-R.
The Pulsar GTI-R RNN14 has its own version of the SR20DET, Nissan's twin-cam 16-valve 2.0 turbo, which SUPERTECH lists separately in its range.
This engine has 8 exhaust valves, two per cylinder. SUPERTECH designs them with a 31.15 mm head, a 6.94 mm stem, a 103.0 mm overall length and a 7.25 mm tip.
With a turbo, the head of an exhaust valve passes 1,000 °C, against 760 to 870 °C on a naturally aspirated engine. The seat removes about 75 % of that heat, the guide about 20 %. EV8 family steel, taken as the reference for the original, drops from 550 MPa at 600 °C to 300 MPa at 800 °C: the overheated head fatigues, warps and ends up leaking.
The NEVI-1007-7GTIR-8 is made of Inconel, a nickel-based superalloy that keeps 860 MPa at 732 °C and 554 MPa at 816 °C, about 85 % more than EV8 steel around 800 °C.
SUPERTECH lists it at +1 mm, a 31.15 mm head: exhaust flow improves, provided the 8 seats are machined to that diameter.

SUPERTECH note: the NEVI-1007-7GTIR is listed as "31.15(+1)" and "Tip: 7.25mm" for the GTi-R / RNN14; SUPERTECH states that it differs from the NEVI-1032/7-L by a groove placed 1.65 mm higher and a length 0.3 mm shorter.

Before reassembly, check that the collets match the groove of the NEVI-1007-7GTIR-8.
With a 31.15 mm head, the 8 exhaust seats are machined to the new size before fitting.
The 8 valves of the set share the same 6.94 mm stem, the same 103.0 mm length and the same 7.25 mm tip.
