Technical specification 
SUPERTECH valves are made from a forging which is then CNC machined for optimum precision. They then receive a heat treatment, which varies with the valve application, and are ground again (Super-finishing process). SUPERTECH valves are inspected by various means such as ultrasound, X-rays and laser measurement.
For more than three decades SUPERTECH has worked to find the most suitable materials for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. There are therefore several valve materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium, the latter being contained in the valve stem to allow better heat dissipation.
Technical specification 
The manufacturing processes of FERREA Racing Components valves are similar to those of SUPERTECH: slow two-stage forging, heat treatment and stress relieving over 48 hours, and CNC machining. These valves are designed for better reliability in all circumstances and also to improve flow thanks to a thinner stem close to the valve head (Superflow Valve). FERREA develops several ranges and materials of valves in order to match the constraints of each engine and each application, whether naturally aspirated, turbocharged or running nitrous.
