Technical characteristics 
Supertech Valves are manufactured from a forged part which is then CNC machined for optimal precision. They then receive a Thermal Treatment (different depending on the application of the Valve) and are ground again (Super-finishing Process). The Supertech Valves are controlled by different means such as Ultrasound, X-rays, laser measurement.
For more than three decades, Supertech has strived to find the most suitable materials for each Valve and each application in order to increase reliability. There are therefore different valve materials such as stainless steel, iNConel, titanium, sodium (the latter is present in the valve stem and allows better heat dissipation).
Features techniques 
The manufacturing processes for Ferrea Racing COMPonant Valves are similar to those of Supertech: slow forging in two stages, thermal treatment and relaxation over 48 hours and machining by numerical control. These Valves are designed to obtain better reliability in all circumstances but also to improve the flow with a thinner stem at the Valve Head (Superflow Valve). Ferrea develops different Ranges / materials of Valves in order to respond as closely as possible to the constraints of each engine and each Application (atmo preparation, Turbo, nitro, etc.).
Technical characteristics 
The eXPertise of Catcams on Camshafts and its accessories (Valve Springs, Mechanical Tappets, Adjustable Pulley, etc.) has been recognized worldwide for several years thanks to its know-how and precise study of engines and Applications. Indeed, each Camshaft Profile and Springs calibration have been developed according to the specificities of each engine but also according to the use/Applications (road, Sport, rally, run, circuit, etc.).
