Set of 8 exhaust valve stem seals for Nissan SR20 and CA18 four-cylinders, 6 mm stem.
These seals equip the 6 mm stem exhaust valves of Nissan 16-valve four-cylinders CA18DE and CA18DET (Sunny, Bluebird, 200SX, 180SX) and SR20DE, SR20DEH, SR20DEL and SR20DNE (Primera, Almera, Sunny, Bluebird, Avenir, Silvia, 200SX, Infiniti G20).
The exhaust side of the head has 8 valves, two per cylinder. Placed on the guide, the original seal contains oil while greasing the stem; Nissan lists it as 13207-84A00 (NDK) or 13207-D4201 (NOK), then 13207-53F00 (NOK) from 1996 on the SR20DE.
On the exhaust side this seal lives where it is hottest: the valve it surrounds clears the burnt gases. Hardened or cracked by temperature, it no longer stops oil, which reaches the chamber and burns: consumption, blue smoke, deposits building up on the valves and manifold. An oil film must still remain, otherwise the stem wears in its guide.
SUPERTECH fits Viton (FKM) here, a heat-proof compound picked for how well it resists beside the exhaust valves; SUPERTECH says it is designed for high temperatures and guarantees it at 204 °C (400 °F) continuous. This seal takes a 6 mm stem on a 10 mm outside diameter guide. These 8 pieces complete the exhaust of a four-cylinder head; the polyacrylate (ACM) intake is bought separately.

Dimensions do not change from one side to the other, temperature does: the exhaust gets far hotter than the intake. SUPERTECH therefore installs the more resistant VS-N6E Viton (FKM) there and keeps VS-N6I polyacrylate (ACM) on the intake. These Nissan heads take 8 of each.
