Set of 8 reinforced exhaust valves for the Renault Megane II RS.
The F4Rt 774 is the turbo version of Renault's 2 litre, 16-valve F4R four-cylinder; it powers the Megane II Renault Sport from 2004 to 2009.
It has 8 exhaust valves, two per cylinder. The original valve (13202-00QAE) has a 29 mm head and a 5.5 mm stem; turbocharging exposes it to hotter gases than on the naturally aspirated versions.
On a turbocharged engine, the metal of an exhaust valve head exceeds 1,000 °C, against 760 to 870 °C naturally aspirated. The seat removes about 75 % of that heat and the guide nearly 20 %. An EV8 family steel goes from 550 MPa at 600 °C to 300 MPa at 800 °C: beyond that, the head overheats, fatigues, distorts and the seal is lost.
SUPERTECH makes these valves in Inconel, a nickel base superalloy: 860 MPa at 732 °C and 554 MPa at 816 °C, about 85 % more than the original steel around 800 °C, which makes it the material to choose when turbocharged. They switch to a single groove, with a 5.97 mm stem ending at 5.5 mm.
The REVI-28338FS-3-6 keeps the stem and length of the REVI-28338FS-2-6 with a 30 mm head instead of 29 mm: the burnt gases leave faster and the engine gains power; the exhaust seats are machined to this size.

Both sets share the 5.97 mm stem and the 108.9 mm length; only the head differs.

These single groove valves are fitted with KPR-6S/7 collets; the original collets do not fit.
The 5.97 mm stem slides in the guides (original 7700109151): check their clearance and replace the valve stem seals (7700103938).
The exhaust seats are reground during the rebuild; with the 30 mm head they are machined to that size.
