TIAL MV-R 44mm external wastegate, V-Band connection

Similar to wastegate Tial MV-S 38mm, the MV-R offers more air flow High-performance due to its 44mm valve diameter. The valve is made of high-temperature resistant NiCrFe alloy. The housing is made of SS347 stainless steel. The valve seat and guide are machined from Nitronic 60 stainless steel, and the diaphragm is made of Nomex-reinforced silicone to withstand the high temperatures of exhaust gases. This Tial MVR wastegate is mounted using flanges and V-band clamps (both made of 304L stainless steel), reducing bulk and simplifying installation/removal. Similarly, the manufacturer has chosen to offer 5 threaded holes (3 at the bottom and 2 at the top) to facilitate the connection of the turbo pressure hose without having to rotate the external MVR wastegate after installation. To improve the reliability of this wastegate, Tial has integrated a water cooling system. It is strongly recommended to use this system as it extends the life of the wastegate and does not cause a significant increase in the temperature of your car's cooling system.
