The LNF belongs to GM's Ecotec generation: a 2.0 16-valve with direct petrol injection and a turbocharger. That combination raises chamber pressure very early in the stroke, and it is the small end and gudgeon pin that absorb the load peaks. Two references cover the build. ZRP forged con rods are listed for LNF, A20NHT and A20NFT blocks and are meant to run with forged pistons. The forged pistons on offer cover LNF, LSJ, A20NHT and NFT; their variants come from more than one maker, so choose according to the compression and the oversize you are aiming for.
