    SUPERTECH valves are made from a forging which is then CNC machined for optimum precision. They are then heat treated, the treatment varying with the application of the valve, and ground again in a super-finishing process. SUPERTECH valves are inspected by several means, including ultrasound, X-ray and laser measurement.

    For more than three decades SUPERTECH has worked to find the most suitable materials for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. Several valve materials are therefore available, such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium, the latter being contained in the valve stem to give better heat dissipation.
