Set of 8 inlet and exhaust valve stem seals for Opel and Vauxhall 2.0 16V C20XE, C20LET, 7 mm stem.
This set of 8 targets the Opel C20-family 2.0 16-valve, 7 mm stem: the 150 hp naturally aspirated C20XE (Kadett E and Astra F GSI 16V, Calibra, Vectra A 2000, Vauxhall Astra, Calibra and Cavalier) and the 204 hp turbocharged C20LET (Calibra and Vectra A Turbo 4x4, Astra F 2.0 TS), 1988 to 1998.
The C20 has 8 inlet and 8 exhaust valves; Opel fits them with seal 90215296 (6 42 527) and SUPERTECH caps every one with the same VS-N7E seal. This set of 8 fills one row, two sets the head; the seal hugs the guide and meters the oil reaching the stem.
Whether the C20XE breathes naturally or the C20LET takes its turbo's boost, its 16 seals decide how much oil remains on the 7 mm stem and return the excess to the head. Thirty years of heat cycles harden the lip until it weeps: oil goes in between services, a bluish trail follows a cold start or a restart after a long idle, and the C20's valves and plugs blacken.
SUPERTECH makes the VS-N7E in Viton (FKM), for an 11 mm outside diameter guide, a 7 mm stem and a 14 mm seal outside diameter. The 8 pieces of the set fit inlet or exhaust alike, the same part number serving both sides of the C20XE and C20LET.

On the C20XE as on the C20LET, SUPERTECH relies on one part: the VS-N7E Viton (FKM) seal equips the 8 inlet and the 8 exhaust valves, with a 7 mm stem and an 11 mm guide. SUPERTECH's figure for this Viton is 204 °C (400 °F) continuous, welcome security on the exhaust side, above all on the turbo C20LET. An engine needs 2 sets of 8.
