    Technical specification of the intake valves

    • Head diameter: 35.00mm (OEM) or 35.65mm (+0.65mm)
    • Stem diameter: 5.97mm
    • Valve length: 119.75mm
    • Material: stainless steel
    • Keeper grooves: 1 or 3

    Please note: this kit is for the intake side only. The S50B32 exhaust valves have a 30.60mm head diameter and are supplied as a separate SUPERTECH kit.

    SUPERTECH valves are machined from a forged blank, then CNC-machined for optimal precision. They then receive a heat treatment (which varies according to the valve's application) and are ground again (super-finishing process). SUPERTECH valves are checked by various means such as ultrasound, X-ray and laser measurement.

    For more than three decades, SUPERTECH has strived to find the most suitable materials for each valve and each application in order to increase reliability. There are therefore different valve materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and sodium (the latter is present in the valve stem and allows better heat dissipation).
