Complete high performance ARP Pro Series head stud kit for the BMW M40 and M42 1.8L four cylinder engines. Replaces the single use OEM torque to yield (TTY) bolts with reusable high strength studs.

• Manufacturer reference: ARP 117-4226
• Material: ARP2000 alloy steel
• Nominal tensile strength: 220,000 psi (1517 MPa)
• Strength increase over OEM: +40%
• Manufacturing process: centreless ground, thread rolled after heat treatment
• Finish: black oxide, anti-corrosion
• Standard: Mil-S-8879

• 12 point nuts for accurate torque
• Hardened parallel washers
