The B23A comes before the B230 in Volvo's red block four-cylinder line and shares most of its architecture. NSB Concept covers two points here: the WISECO forged piston kit in a 96mm bore at an 8:1 compression ratio, the lowest in this whole tree, and the KING RACE tri-metal big end bearing set in standard size. That bearing is the very same part as the one on the B230 page: its listing covers the B200, B204, B23, B230 and B234 blocks. No forged connecting rod is attached to this page.
