The B5204T2 belongs to Volvo's modular five-cylinder family, where a two-litre capacity hides a twenty-valve layout. NSB Concept currently lists a single part for this block, but it is the decisive one: the JE PISTONS forged piston kit, part number JE-359522C-05, 81.5mm bore, 8.4:1 compression ratio. Such a low ratio is a deliberate choice for builds running high boost pressure. No connecting rods, big end bearings or head gaskets are listed on this page.
