TIAL MV-S 38mm External Wastegate, V-Band Connection

Extremely robust and reliable, this TIAL MV-S wastegate consists of a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy valve, an SS347 stainless steel housing, a Nitronic 60 stainless steel valve seat and guide, a high-temperature silicone diaphragm reinforced with Nomex, and two 304L stainless steel V-band flanges and fittings (air and water).

To extend the lifespan of this 38mm external wastegate, Tial has opted for water (or coolant) cooling and strongly recommends using this system.

Especially since it has been developed in such a way that it does not generate a significant increase in the temperature of your car's cooling system.

Installation of this MVS 38mm external wastegate is simplified by its small size (94mm high) and the presence of several possible connections (at the top and bottom). You will find an installation guide below.

The choice of the wastegate opening pressure (here between 0.3 and 1.7 bar) will be made via the springs, each of which has a different spring rate. To choose the correct springs for the desired pressure, please follow the link "Spring Calibration Guide" below and refer to the last column.

This MVS 38 wastegate comes with the necessary mounting hardware, namely:A:
