The ZRP brand is a subsidiary of DRAKOS ENGINEERING, renowned for its experience in the design of high-performance mechanical parts. ZRP specializes exclusively in forged engine parts and has designed R-with-002-I forged connecting rods for your MITSUBISHI 4G63T and 4G63 engines. These rods are made of high-strength 4340 steel and feature reinforced ARP connecting rod bolts to withstand the increased inertia associated with higher engine speeds. Available in three grades: - ARP 2000: resistant up to 220,000 psi (15,000 bar) - ARP L19: resistant up to 260,000 psi (18,000 bar) - ARP 625+: Resistant up to 280,000 psi (19,000 bar)
The ZRP R-with-002-I forged connecting rod head for the MITSUBISHI 4G63T and 4G63 engines is equipped with a patented AMPCO 18 hot-extruded copper-aluminum machined bushing before being ground to ensure oil film retention with your piston pin.
The design of this ZRP R-with-002-I forged I-beam connecting rod for the MITSUBISHI 4G63T and 4G63 engines gives it exceptional resistance to significant increases in power and torque from high boost pressures, as well as than extreme uses as we encounter with our clients that we equip for their forged Drift and Dragster engine preparation.
