Torque and bolt stretch

ARP 2000 bolts are tightened to 61 Nm, or by stretch control between 0.140 and 0.152 mm. Measuring stretch with a dial indicator remains the most reliable method: it reflects the real tension in the bolt, whereas torque depends on thread friction.

Rod supplied individually, bolts included. For a full bottom end rebuild, the set of 4 rods is the better choice.
