RC RACING TI-283AS Stainless Steel Mid-Pipe

The RC RACING TI-283AS mid-pipe, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in our Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING TI-283AS mid-pipe are made of 304 stainless steel.

The tubes are 50mm in diameter.

The larger diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press to the diameter of your original exhaust system:

The soundproofing section of the TI-283AS RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 3 elements:

- perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6 to 2mm thick
- steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, cylindrical or oval

The TI-283S intermediate elements are welded together at MIG (stainless steel wire with gas) on a lathe with a foot pedal for consistent welds and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the TI-283AS RC RACING intermediate pipe:
