RC RACING TI-2-200C Stainless Steel Mid-Pipe Exhaust

The RC RACING TI-2-200C mid-pipe, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING TI-2-200C mid-pipe exhaust are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance. To be reduced by hydraulic press to the diameter of your original exhaust line:

The soundproofing part of the TI-2-200C RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 3 elements:

- perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6 to 2mm thick
- steel wool to prevent the soundproofing wool from passing through the perforated tube
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, cylindrical or oval

The TI-2-200C mid-pipe components are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for consistent weld quality and significant thickness, ensuring the strength of the TI-2-200C RC RACING mid-pipe:

This ensures that 100% of the TI-2-200C intermediate pipes leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit directly in place of the original part.
