The RC RACING and180B-GN silencer, like all our other exhausts, has been manufactured in our Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING and180B-GN exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The sound-absorbing part of the and180B-GN RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made in 4 Elements:

- 304 stainless steel perforated tube, thickness 1.6 - 2mm
- steel wool to prevent the sound-absorbing wool from passing through the perforated tube
- the sound-absorbing wool formed into the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, thickness 1.6mm external diameter 90mm for the Group N and external diameter 127mm for the road

The elements of the and180B-GN silencer are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for regularity of the weld and a significant thickness guaranteeing the solidity of the and180B-GN RC RACING silencer:

This ensures that 100% of the and180B-GN silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit perfectly in place of the original.
