RC RACING TI-65C Stainless Steel Mid-Pipe

The RC RACING TI-65C mid-pipe, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING TI-65C mid-pipe are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press. to the diameter of your original exhaust line:

The soundproofing part of the TI-65C RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 3 elements:

- perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6 to 2mm thick
- steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, cylindrical or oval

The Elements of The TI-65C intermediate pipes are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal-driven lathe for consistent welds and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the TI-65C RC RACING intermediate pipe:

This ensures that 100% of the TI-65C intermediates leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit in place of the original.
