RC RACING and46W-GN Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING and46W-GN silencer, like all our other exhausts, has been manufactured in our Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING and46W-GN exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press to the diameter of your intermediate pipe. Original:

The soundproofing section of the and46W-GN RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 4 elements:

- Perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6-2mm thick
- Steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- Soundproofing material molded to the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, 90mm outer diameter for Group N and external diameter 127mm for the road

The elements of the and46W-GN silencer are welded together using MIG (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for regularity of the weld and a significant thickness guaranteeing the solidity of the and46W-GN RC RACING silencer:

This ensures that 100% of the and46W-GN silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit perfectly in place of the original.
