    ARP bolts are forged from high strength materials, machined on precision CNC centers and individually heat treated. Each bolt is inspected to ensure compliance with ARP's aerospace specifications.

    Available grades

    • ARP 8740: 8740 chromoly steel, tensile strength 200,000 psi (1379 MPa). Standard for street and moderate performance applications.
    • ARP 2000: molybdenum-vanadium steel, tensile strength 220,000 psi (1517 MPa). Recommended for high performance, drag and road race applications.
    • ARP Custom Age 625+: nickel-based superalloy, minimum tensile strength 260,000 psi (1793 MPa). Excellent corrosion resistance, for the most demanding applications.

    Available packaging (depending on grade)

    • Single (1 bolt) - for individual replacement

    Important: these bolts are compatible with Manley connecting rods depending on the part number selected. Always verify compatibility with your connecting rod before ordering. Use exclusively with ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant (part 100-9904) to ensure correct preload. Use of an ARP stretch gauge is strongly recommended.
